We collect the account details needed to run Prentio, including your name, email address, authentication details, beta access status, and related account identifiers.

We also collect the internship-planning information you choose to provide, such as your target role, timeline, goals, availability, blockers, sprint activity, job tracker entries, outreach context, reminders, and feedback.

When you use Prentio, we may log product activity, error information, reminder preferences, browser push subscriptions, and other basic service data needed to keep the product working and improve the experience.

We use your information to create sprint plans, power task help, generate outreach drafts, track progress, send reminders, provide support, and protect the service from misuse.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified usage patterns to understand what is working, improve product quality, and measure beta performance.

Prentio uses AI providers to generate sprint plans, task guidance, outreach drafts, and artifact reviews. That means relevant context from your account may be sent to those providers when needed to deliver a feature.

Please avoid entering highly sensitive information that is not needed for internship planning, such as government IDs, health information, or confidential third-party data.

During beta, Prentio may store access status and related account identifiers so the workspace can be managed correctly.

During beta, Prentio does not ask for payment details inside the product.

If you enable reminders or browser push notifications, Prentio uses your email, timezone, reminder preferences, and progress context to send them. You can change these settings at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only when needed to operate Prentio, such as with hosting, authentication, database, AI, email, analytics, and support providers.

We may also share information when required by law, to protect Prentio and its users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We keep account and product data for as long as it is needed to provide Prentio, support users, maintain backups, prevent abuse, and meet legal or operational obligations.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can promise perfect security. You can help by using a strong password and protecting access to your email account.

You can update core profile details, goals, reminders, and notification settings inside Prentio. You can also request account deletion or make a privacy request through the Contact page.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of certain information tied to your account.

We may update this policy as Prentio changes. If we make a material change, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the product or by email when appropriate.
