Using Prentio

Prentio is an internship-planning workspace for students and early-career users. It helps with sprint planning, task guidance, outreach drafting, job tracking, progress tracking, and artifact review.

By creating an account or using Prentio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Prentio. If local law requires parental or guardian consent for online services, you may only use Prentio with that permission.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens through your account.

AI output and your responsibility

Prentio uses AI to generate plans, guidance, outreach drafts, and artifact feedback. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or not right for your exact situation.

You are responsible for reviewing and editing any output before sending it, submitting it, or relying on it. Prentio does not guarantee interviews, offers, networking replies, or any specific outcome.

Content and acceptable use

You keep ownership of the content you enter into Prentio, but you give Prentio permission to use it as needed to operate, secure, personalize, and support the service.

Do not use Prentio to spam people, impersonate others, misuse AI output, upload content you do not have permission to use, or engage in unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

Beta access and usage limits

Some Prentio features may have beta usage limits, including sprint generations, task regenerations, week regenerations, task help questions, outreach messages, and gated artifact reviews.

During beta, Prentio may adjust access, feature limits, or availability as the product changes.

Availability and termination

Prentio is an evolving product. We may add, change, pause, or remove features, beta limits, or integrations at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if the service is misused, or if continued access creates risk for Prentio, other users, or third parties.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

Prentio is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prentio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost data, lost opportunities, or lost profits.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as Prentio changes. If an update is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the product or by email when appropriate.

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the Contact page.
